Danielle Valliere is an Associate in the Basking Ridge office. Her practice is primarily focused on complex insurance coverage matters. She represents domestic and international insurers providing primary, excess, and reinsurance coverage to a variety of public and private entities. She regularly provides pre-suit coverage advice and counseling and has experience litigating in federal and state courts and pursuing alternative dispute resolution. These matters include coverage disputes involving environmental, first-party commercial and personal property damage, personal injury, products liability, automobile, sexual abuse, construction, additional insured, and professional liability claims under standard domestic and Bermuda Form policies. She also monitors and provides coverage and risk analysis under reinsurance and excess policies with respect to large class actions and mass tort, environmental, and civil rights claims.


Gary Kull is a Partner in the Basking Ridge office and has extensive insurance coverage experience, having represented insurance companies in disputes arising under commercial general liability, first-party, homeowners, professional liability, directors and officers, errors & omissions, public officials, EIL, builder’s risk, wrap-up, commercial and personal auto, workers’ compensation, and other types of insurance policies. He has provided coverage analysis and has litigated in nearly every state in the US, in both federal and state trial and appellate courts, and in mediations and arbitrations. His experience includes claims and cases involving environmental, asbestos, toxic tort, construction defect, and products liability coverage issues. Gary has acted as National Coordinating Counsel for insurance companies, and has been providing counseling and guidance to insurers for more than thirty years.
