IACP 2024 Annual Conference Program
Conference Attire: Business Casual for conference and Resort Casual for the evening, with exception of Tuesday evening's attire more upscale. Dress Shorts are permitted for both day and evening events with the exception of Tuesday evening.
The Conference Registration Fee Includes:
- Three half-days of High-Level Program Content featuring Notable Speakers
- Inaugural Conference Group Charity Give-Back Event; all attendees and guests are welcome
- Video Podcasts posted to the IACP Website following the Conference and downloadable photos
- Breakfast and Breaks each morning
- Networking Cocktail Receptions and Dinners each day
- Farewell Lunch Provided on Wednesday
Note: Spouses and companions age 21 years and over must pay the companion/guest registration fee and are welcome at all conference events, receptions and meals. No exceptions.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
Special discounted group rate for the IACP Annual Conference: $334 + $10 Resort Fee
All hotel rooms must be booked through the conference link or by calling the hotel directly and mentioning the Group Rate. Rooms booked through third party booking sites or booked with Hilton points will be canceled.
Book Your Room Reservation
Hotel Room Reservations are fully refundable up until 9/05/2024. After that date the IACP conference policy goes into effect vs the standard Waldorf Astoria Orlando non-group cancellation policy. All room cancellations or reduced stays will be charged to the deposit credit card on file in full. Substitutions are allowed at any time with no additional fee by contacting the IACP, Diane McLevy directly (dmclevy@iaclpro.org).

Registration is closed
Members must be considered "Active - Dues are current" to register for the conference. If your company is not active, please contact Diane McLevy (dmclevy@iaclpro.org) to arrange to pay your dues. The conference is Member-Only unless invited in writing by the Board of Directors as a guest.
Cancellation Policy:
Full registration refunds will be provided up to 4:00 PM ET on (8/22/2024) less a cancellation fee of $150. After that date only credits will be provided, up until 4:00 PM on 9/05/2024 less the fee. Hotel room reservations are fully refundable up until 9/05/2024 as well. After that date no credits will be provided by the IACP and all room reservations will be charged to the credit card on file in full by the hotel. Substitutions are allowed at any time with no additional fee by contacting Diane McLevy directly (dmclevy@iaclpro.org).
