IACP 2026 Annual Conference Attendees
Conference Attire: Business Casual for conference and Resort Casual for the evening, with exception of Tuesday evening's attire a bit more upscale. Dress Shorts are permitted for both day and evening events with the exception of Tuesday evening.
The Conference Registration Fee Includes:
- Three half-days of High-Level Program Content featuring Notable Speakers
- Video of conference sessions posted to the IACP Website following the conference, and downloadable photos
- Breakfast and Breaks each morning
- Networking Cocktail Receptions and Dinners each evening (Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday evenings)
- Farewell Lunch provided on Wednesday
Note: Spouses and companions age 21 years and over must pay the companion/guest registration fee and are welcome at all conference events, receptions and meals. No exceptions.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
Special discounted group reservation rate for the IACP Annual Conference: $349 (plus applicable taxes and resort fees)
Additional room upgrade options will be available at group discounted rates.
All hotel room reservations must be booked through the conference rooming link provided (below). Rooms booked through third party booking sites will not be allowed for this conference and will be cancelled.

Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy
Hotel room reservations are fully refundable up until 21 days prior to your arrival date. This IACP policy supersedes the standard cancellation policy of the hotel, or any loyalty stay programs. After that date, all room cancellations or reduced stays will be charged in full to the deposit credit card on file with the hotel. All cancellations, modifications, and/or substitutions from 21 days out must be sent to Diane McLevy at dmclevy@iaclpro.org. We will do our best to transfer a reservation to someone on our wait list, if applicable, to help mitigate any financial commitments and provide an opportunity for someone to attend the conference. Substitutions are allowed at any time with no additional fee.

Payment In Full In Advance Only
Members must be considered "Active - dues are current" to register for the conference. If your company is not active, please contact Diane McLevy (dmclevy@iaclpro.org) to arrange to pay your dues. This conference is Member-Only unless invited in writing by the Board of Directors as a guest.
Registration cancellations will be accepted until Monday, August 24, 2026 at 5:00 PM
Cancellation Policy:
Full conference registration refunds less a $150 cancellation fee will be provided up until 5:00 PM ET on September 6, 2026 (9/6/2026). After that date only credits will be provided less the $150 cancellation fee, until 5:00 PM ET on September 13, 2026 (9/13/2026). After September 13, 2026 (9/13/2026) no refunds or credits will be provided by the IACP.
Registration substitutions are allowed at any time with no additional fee by contacting Diane McLevy directly (dmclevy@iaclpro.org).
Hotel room reservations are also fully refundable up until 21 days prior to arrival / check-in date, after which any reservations not cancelled by 21 days prior will be charged in full to the credit card on file with the hotel. Any adjustments to your reservation after 21 days out from arrival you need to contact Diane McLevy (dmclevy@iaclpro.org).
